Our fully equipped welding rig is capable of more than most rigs. It is set up with a high frequency unit that allows us to weld aluminum, an option most others don't have, as well as the ability to TIG weld all the other types of metal like stainless, titanium, chromoly and so on. It also has a plasma cutter that will cut up to 3/8". We can reach up to 200' with all the welding process's and the arc portion comes with remote amperage adjustment connected directly to the stinger, another option not generally found on portable units and a big time saver of not having to run back and forth to adjust the heat. The powerful welding unit can deliver 300 amps as well as a generator rated to 10,500 watts of 120\240. The rig also has oxygen\acetylene as well as arc gouging. We also have a Lincoln LN-25 MIG unit that can be attached for faster welding on certain applications.
